Pudding Kadayıf Dessert

  • 350 g wire kadayif
  • 5 tablespoons of granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 1.5 cups of crushed walnuts

Required ingredients for custard

  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1 lt milk
  • 3 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 packet of vanilla
  • 1 pack (200 ml) liquid cream
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar

Making Pudding Kadayıf Dessert;

First of all, we prepare our 350 gr wire kadayıf small and small, and you can keep it in the freezer for easy breaking. Then, we melt the butter in a teflon pan or a deep teflon pan and add the sugar and kadayifi to it. However, since the pot is still hot, kadayıfs can continue to be roasted so it would be better if you put the kadayıfs in another container.

Preparation of Our Custard;

Let’s put all the ingredients except the cream and vanilla into the pot and mix it and cook it. Let’s cook for another 3 minutes after boiling, then take the pot from the stove and let it cool. After cooling, add the vanilla and cream and mix well with the help of a mixer.
